Cave Parihole

Cave Parihole is described in the book "Abyaneh and the culture of its people", by the author Z. Khansari Abyaneh. A solid work to bring out the facts about the mysterious Parihol cave. With the author's permission, parts of the book dealing with cave Parihol is described below.

In the front of the cave there is a large space, the shepherds toke care of their sheep, goats here. But never dare to get inside the cave entrance at the other end. The cave entrance has the small passage located above the ground about 1-2 m high up the wall. Shepherds possibly were scared or did not care about it. In the year 1330, when I was in charge of the primary school, I wrote a letter to the Physical Education Journal (Majelle Tarbiat Badani) asking for the researchers which could help me to explore the cave (Z. Khansari Abyaneh 1378 Solar/2000 AD).

Within a few days, two researchers arrived in Abyaneh - Mr Jalil Katibah, Houshang Mohit and we formed a group. In addition to two mentioned persons participated also district doctor Dr. Burdjan and two hunters Mirza Mohammad Amiri va Ali Akbar Hakimzadeh. I joined the grupp as so well. We visited the cave, it was 5 hours walking up the high heels.

For the first execution of the cave map and of the cave was reported and written in the Physical Education Magazine (Majelle Tarbiat Badani) Nr. 78 year 1330 Solar (1952 AD) issue. Thanks to the initiator Mr. Z. Khansari Abyaneh and the research team that enabled the new generation to see what amazing resources they have to take care of now and in the future.

Those who have previously entered the cave of ignorance caused destruction stalaktit stalagmit. Mr Khansari emphasize these natural beauties must remain, as young people, scholars, and healthy minded owners to see and think and learn.
