Curti women's traditional clothing style in Abyaneh (Viuna)

In addition to the traditional clothing style, women also wear special clothing depending on weather conditions. In winter, they wear a type of thick velvet fabric (red), with a wide glittering band sewn around the edges called "Curti". A lot of work requires to get such a nice autumn and winter garment.

These young girls besides Curti, wear wrapper which is a colourful fabric with geometric triangular patterns used by girls and women as autumn and winter clothing. It resemblance to poncho and is part of the Abyaneh's (Viuna's) traditional costume. Source: myabyaneh.ir
